"Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?" ~ Mary Oliver

                     Passion and Purpose

My passion is helping individuals to find meaning and purpose in their lives.  What this looks like is different for each individual. When an individual is experiencing feelings of depression, anxiety, or a general feeling of malaise or ennui, it can often be traced to a point in time when there was a shift or transition which the individual has yet to fully integrate.  Unresolved grief, feelings of shame, or an overall lack of self worth will at times need be addressed and worked through. Sometimes long buried resentments begin to surface and demand attention. Whatever your particular issue, I would be honored to provide you with professional, confidential and empathetic guidance in a non-judgmental, casual and compassionate environment.

              About Me

In addition to volunteering with a local hospice for the past seven years, I have experience working as a community based mental health counselor and as a trauma-informed crisis intervention clinician.  I have over two years of experience answering crisis calls on the Suicide Lifeline, Crisis Line, and Veterans Hotline.

After earning a Masters of Arts Degree in Professional Counseling, I completed a two-year post-graduate clinical training program in Jungian Psychotherapy at the C.G. Jung Institute in Chicago.
